Railway Housing Association owns over 1,561 rented homes (including 2 shared ownership) located within 20 local authority areas, mainly concentrated in the areas of Darlington, Doncaster, Durham, East Riding, Hull, Leeds, Newcastle & York.
This wide geographical spread means one of our biggest challenges is to ensure we provide an equitable and fair service to all, and establishing a presence within each local community.
In addition the Association manages 73 units of leasehold accommodation for older people.
