Railway Housing Association would like to invite you to apply for one of our homes.
We let our properties to people in the greatest housing need, depending on the homes that are available, any age restrictions on who these properties will be let to, such as elderly retired (over 60), other age restrictions or household type, such as family accomodation or single persons.
We have properties in a number of locations including various parts of the North East, Yorkshire, Hull & East Riding and Hereford. View our full list of properties along with those that are currently available and ready to move into.
We operate a points based lettings system and applications are assessed and given points for various housing needs. Lettings will be made from our waiting lists and also from local authority waiting lists in accordance with specific agreements. Our lettings policy outlines how we allocate our homes.
