Don't lose your vote!

Please be aware that changes to election rules mean that anyone voting at a polling station in England this May will need to show photo identification before they can be given their ballot paper.

If you don’t have any photo ID (driving licence, passport, older or disabled persons bus pass, blue badge) you can apply online www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate or through your local council for a free Voter Authority Certificate.

The application process doesn’t take long and the deadline to apply ahead of the May elections is 5pm on 25th April 2023.
