Resident Committee Recruitment Launch

We know our complaints performance hasn't been good enough for our residents - and our Complaint Handling Performance and Service Improvement Report is an honest and open reflection of that.
That's why we were especially proud that our report has been highlighted as good practice by the Housing Ombudsman in its Quarterly Complaints Handling Report.
We've got a robust improvement plan in place and we're already making good progress, working even more closely with our residents in the future. With that in mind, we're delighted today to launch the recruitment for our new Resident Committee.
We're looking for six Railway residents to join our new Committee to ensure that the resident voice directly influences our strategic and operational decisions and to help us to transform our resident experience.
