Join us for The Big Conversation, which is an exciting new start to resident engagement and putting the views of people who live in our homes at the heart of decision making.

The event will take place at Darlington Arena on Wednesday 10th July and we are encouraging our residents to book their places before the deadline on 21st June.

The day will start coffee at 9.30am and a chance to speak to Railway colleagues and some of our partner organisations.

Then at 10.30am you will hear from our Chief Executive Matt Sugden about our priorities for your homes and services.

We will also be asking for your help to shape our new Resident Engagement Strategy – so that we can listen and act. We want to hear about your views and experiences of our Repairs Service and what’s really important to you, and you will also have a chance to hear about our new and exciting Residents’ Committee.

There will be free rail travel, lunch and refreshments and some fun activities and prizes, so it’s a day not to be missed.
