Railway Housing Association has received top marks from its regulator.
In its latest Regulatory Judgement from the Homes and Communities Agency, Railway Housing Association retained its G1/V1 rating.
This is the top rating which can be applied and demonstrates the Association is performing well in relation to its governance and financial viability.
Railway Housing Association Chief Executive Anne Rowlands said: “We are delighted to have retained the highest rating from the HCA.
“These are difficult times for the social housing sector as providers prepare to implement rent reductions imposed by the Government, as well as the new right to buy scheme.
“Despite this, we have been able to demonstrate that Railway Housing Association continues to be a well governed, financially viable organisation.”
