Other Maintenance Services

The Association is responsible for servicing and maintenance of:

• gas heating appliances
• lifts
• fire detection and fire fighting equipment and emergency lighting in sheltered schemes and communal areas
• central warden call equipment
• and the maintenance of all open plan gardens.

Re-painting of external woodwork is carried out once every 5 years. Gutters are cleaned out during the painting works.
